If you are looking for a more remote fishing experience for families or groups of 3 or more, this adventure might be for you. It includes a water taxi trip across Kachemak Bay, hiking along a wooded trail, and fishing on a beautiful creek.
Timing: July 10th - July 31st
Species: Chum Salmon, Pink Salmon, Dolly Varden Trout
Length of trip: 8 hours (full day). The trip includes a 40 minute water taxi ride each way, and approximately 1-1 1/2 total hours of hiking. The rest of the time is spent fishing and hooking the abundance of fish available.
